We are searching for an e-commerce coordinator to manage all online orders, keep an eye on inventory levels, supervise daily order fulfillment activities, and cultivate strong customer connections. The ideal applicant will also have knowledge of the most recent social media trends as well as experience managing several social media accounts, communicating with clients on numerous platforms, and posting material on them. Based on previous social media engagement, they should be able to understand client expectations and create content themselves or hire content developers.
Job Responsibilities:
● Control the day-to-day tasks involved in processing, picking, packaging, and shipping orders.
● Keep an eye on inventory levels to prevent dead stock or stock-outs.
● Create a positive relationship with clients by communicating with them by phone, live chat, and email.
● Help consumers choose products, place orders, get replacements, return items, ship them, and resolve issues.
● Handle all online orders, following up on and responding to all client questions, while correctly tracking and reporting order status.
● Distribute content across numerous social media platforms.
● Engage customers through a variety of media.
● Follow the most recent social media trends.
● Analyze customer desires based on past social media activities.
● Develop content idea or visual idea based on trends.
● Ensure that all duties assigned by the officer are properly performed.
● Be honest and responsible in all aspects of the part, including relations with guests and associates, running of company coffers, and reporting of any issues or enterprises.
● Conduct all work in compliance with company programs, procedures, and ethical norms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Minimum HSC.
● 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations and customer experience.
● Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
● Computer operating skill is must.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Experience with order management systems and inventory management software.
● Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
● Strong analytical and calculation skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
