Position: Relationship Manager

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with any concentration from any Reputed University

- Know how to use Microsoft Office & other mobile applications.

Other Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field will be added

advantage.

- Ability to work under pressure and workload environment.

- Proven experience in sales and service.

- Has to be a solution provider.

- Strong management and leadership skills.

- Effective communication skills.

Job Experience Requirements: Minimum 01 year of sales experience. Working experience in FMCG industry include Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Bistro, Resort etc. will get preference. Its also open for freshers!

Job Description:

- He/she has to be Results-oriented, Team Player and should have the ability to

maintain good working relationships with merchants.

- Dynamic and Aggressive personnel and Able to lead a team and sales driven.

- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales and also supervising and

guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets.

- Ensure that the store is adequately stocked with company selected products.

- Perform all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

- Bring business growth form existing merchants.

- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales area or trade

factor.

- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as

daily sales reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis.

- Monitors competition by gathering current market information on pricing,

products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.

- Recommends changes in product line, service and policy by evaluating results and

competitive developments.

- Resolves merchant complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions,

preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Identify new business scopes.
