Bdjobs Online MCQ Round > Written Test > Interview
1. All candidates will be given chance for MCQ Test if your application process goes alright. MCQ test will be taken by bdjobs.
2. Based on marks of MCQ Test, 5000-6000 candidates might be called for Written Test.
3. Written Test is usually taken by IBA. You can go through Job Solutions of IBA.
4. Based on written test marks, 400-500 candidates might be called for Interview.
5. Final selection is not counted as the cumulative marks of written and viva. Rather 400-500 candidates who will be selected for viva, their final selection solely depends on viva. Subject related and extra curricular related questions might be asked in Viva.
6. Vacancy usually varies from 80-120 candidates.
7. Career growth is quite smooth in comparison to other banks. Promotion policy is 2 years. Incentives are good too.
8. Its a corporate focused bank, not retail focused. So working environment and culture are quite better.
9. Right after 1 year Assistant Officers will be confirmed and will get 39K after probation period.
