Requirements

• At least 6 Month of Basic digital marketing, graphics design experience. Flexible for skilled.
• Basic Experience with Meta: Managing ad manager, customer targeting on Facebook.
• Basic Knowledge with illustrator, photoshop, SEO, SMM, MS Excel etc.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Able to create, develop contents of social media platform daily. Managing ad manager.
• Planning And implementation, Marketing-Sales. Generate Sales On Monthly Target
• Basic Graphics for Images / Video Editing
• Order Managing, Processing. Customer support as per needed
• Developing brand strategy and providing creative concepts and designs to the different campaigns.

**Employment Status
**Full-time (10 AM – 7 PM) 6 Days In a Week [In Ramadan Month 10:00 to 5:00]

Educational Requirements

• Graduate in related field or Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, BBA/CSE or its equivalent. Flexible if Experienced or skilled.

Experience Requirements

• At least 6 Month in E-commerce industry Or Flexible for skilled

Job Location
Mirpur, Dhaka

• We Prefer Candidates from Mirpur Or Nearby

Salary and Benefits :

On probation period, Basic salary: BDT 12,000-15,000(Negotiable) + Sales Commission(After Target)

After probation period, salary will increase by 5-30% after every 6 months according to performance
