A private Mobile Financial Service Organization is looking for qualified candidates to work as Customer Service Officer (Male) position (under 3rd Party Contract) E-Zone HRM.

Job Location: Dhaka (Mohakhali)

Number of Vacancies: 30

***Working Time: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (Weekly 6 Days)***

***Morning (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Evening (3:00 PM -11:00 PM) Night (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)***

Job Responsibilities-

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries

- Communicating with customers through various channels

- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

 

Educational Requirement:

***Minimum Graduation (Any Discipline)***

Job Requirements:

- Good Communication Skill

- Team Player

- Sound knowledge over MS Word & MS Excel

- Ability to work under pressure

 

Age at most 30 year(s).

Must be fluent both in Bangla & English.

Job Nature: Full Time

Salary Range: BDT. 14.000/- TO 16,000/-
